Whether you are looking to start a business or enter into a contact, obtaining the assistance of an attorney to protect you and/or your business is essential.

Landlord/Tenant

Our office represents both commercial and residential landlords as well as tenants. When renting a property, the most effective way to protect yourself is to make sure you have the proper lease documents in place. Our office can draft and/or review your leases and associated documents to make sure you are covered.

Unfortunately, as with any business, disputes can arise. Whether a client or supplier has breached your contract, or a contractor has negligently damaged your property, or an employee has violated a non-compete agreement, our office can help you defend or prosecute your legal rights.

Collections/Workouts

Our office works with businesses and financial institutions in an attempt to collect overdue accounts. We can work with your customer to set up payment plans or, if necessary, commence litigation actions and conduct assets sales to make sure you get paid for your services or materials.

Construction Law

Whether you are a Developer, General Contractor, Sub-Contractor, Architect or Engineer, each and every job presents different obstacles and potential liabilities. Our office can review, negotiate and draft your construction contracts and documents to ensure you and your company are covered to the fullest extent.

As today’s world gets more complex, it is necessary to make sure that you have necessary documents in place to protect yourself and your love ones in the event of your death.
